Her passion for cooking began early on as a young girl, working in the kitchen at her father's Greek diner in Brooklyn. Upon graduating with a Culinary Nutrition degree from Johnson & Wales University, she worked on building a reputation as a versatile chef with expertise in various areas.
For over a decade, Theo has worked in test kitchens, honing her skills in recipe development and food styling. She also has several years of experience catering events both large and small all over the New York tri-state area.
She most recently worked for a meal kit company, where she was responsible for developing recipes, food styling, and leading menu planning for both of their brands. Her passion for food is evident in everything she does, from creating new recipes to exploring the latest culinary trends. She is committed to sharing her love for food (especially Greek food) with others and helping them discover the joy of cooking, and eating delicious meals.
